Where we work
Based on Parkgate Road, working across Chester and Cheshire.
Rather than print a list of thirty towns we've never worked in, here are the four places our own project write-ups actually name — plus the honest rule for everywhere else.
Chester
Home ground. The office and yard are at 40B Parkgate Road, a few minutes from the city walls — Georgian and Victorian stock, conservation streets and a lot of solid-wall properties that need a careful hand.
Hoole
Named in our own project write-ups. Bay-fronted Victorian terraces almost entirely: knock-throughs, rear extensions, re-planned ground floors and period second-fix joinery scribed to walls that have moved.
Upton-by-Chester
Named in our own project write-ups. Largely inter-war and post-war semis and detached houses — the classic candidates for a rear extension and an opened-up kitchen-diner.
Mollington
Named in our own project write-ups. Village property just north of the city, where jobs tend to be whole-house renovations rather than single rooms.

Bay-fronted Victorian terraces — the housing stock that makes up most of our renovation work
Not sure if you're in range?
The rule is simple: can a team be at your door for eight?
A renovation needs the same people on site every morning, so distance genuinely matters — it's a programme question, not a marketing one. Tell us where you are and what you've got in mind, and you'll get a straight answer either way.
