Plumbing

Pipework, heating and bathrooms — planned with the rest of the job, not around it

On a renovation, plumbing and heating have to be decided early: where the radiators go dictates where the furniture can't, and where the soil stack runs dictates where a bathroom can realistically be. Those are layout decisions, not plumbing decisions, and they need making with the rest of the plan.

We employ our own plumbers, so pipework is set out at the same time as the carpentry and the electrics rather than squeezed in afterwards. Bathrooms get a proper look at falls, waste runs and ventilation before a single tile is ordered.

Plumbing

First fix

Hot, cold and heating pipework run and pressure-tested, soil and waste set out with the falls they need, and everything routed without cutting the structure to pieces. Radiator positions agreed with you before the pipes go in the floor.

Bathrooms and en-suites

Full bathroom and en-suite installation as part of a renovation — sanitaryware, showers, screens, wastes and ventilation, coordinated with our own tilers and electricians so the room is finished in one continuous run of work rather than three visits a month apart.

Kitchens, utilities and heating

Sink, dishwasher and washing machine services, outside taps, radiator replacement and relocation, and heating pipework altered to suit a new layout.
