Full & Part Renovations and Extensions
The whole house or one end of it — groundworks through to the final coat of plaster
A renovation is not one job, it's about fifteen of them stacked in the right order. Groundworks, structure, roof, windows, first-fix electrics and plumbing, plaster, second fix, joinery, tiling, floors, decoration. Get the order wrong and you pay for the same work twice.
We specialise in full and part renovations and extensions and cover everything from the foundations to the plastering, which means the sequence is planned once, at the start, by the people who then have to build it. You're not project-managing six firms who've never met; you're ringing one number.

Full renovations
A house taken back to what's worth keeping and rebuilt around it — walls moved, services renewed, rooms re-planned, the lot. We'll be honest at quote stage about which parts of the existing fabric are worth saving and which are costing you money to keep.
Part renovations
Most jobs aren't whole-house. A ground floor opened up and re-planned, a tired upstairs brought back, a kitchen and utility rebuilt around new services. The same sequencing discipline applies to one floor as to six rooms — it's just a shorter programme.
Extensions
Single- and two-storey extensions, from the dig and the foundations through the shell, the roof and the glazing to the finished, decorated, heated room. The junction between old house and new build is where extensions go wrong, so that's where the detailing effort goes.
How it stays affordable
We work with you to reach the result you actually want at a price you can live with — which usually means an itemised quotation and a frank conversation about what can come out or be phased. Every variation that comes up mid-job is re-quoted in writing before it happens.
